By REGULATION (EU) No. 524/2013 of May 21, 2013, the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT and the EUROPEAN COUNCIL decided to create an internet platform to enable independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and fair out-of-court online dispute resolution between consumers and traders in connection with online sales contracts or online service contracts.
